Tuktuk operators in Riruta, Nairobi county blocked roads early today in protest against claims of extrajudicial killing of a colleague. The drivers claim the victim was shot dead by police officers who accused him of breaking into churches in Riruta. Angry residents joined the drivers in barricading the road with burning tyres and parking their tuktuks along the Satelite-Kaberia road. They are demanding a proper investigation into the allegations.
