Parliament will discuss the failure of EU leaders to agree a position on the bloc's long-term budget. It will also hear the Commission's proposed climate change law and look at how the EU is responding to the coronavirus outbreak. Following the latest Covid-19 advice from Parliament's medical service, President David Sassoli decided that the session would exceptionally be held in Brussels instead of Strasbourg.
