To say I'm excited for this video would be an understatement of the year. I've been wanting someone to make a ready to run model of a 16" Hunslet since I was 10 years old and now Rapido have only gone and done it!
The 16" Hunslet is the first 00 Gauge locomotive release for the UK branch of Rapido and they've certainly come out of the gate with a stunning little model. Not only does this 00 gauge steam engine have a selection of colourful industrial liveries to choose from but it also features a wealth of detail, firebox LED and a pre-fitted speaker.
But will the Rapido 16" Hunslet live up to my own self-imposed hype or have I set my expectations too high?
