The runecrafting minigame Guardians of the rift just recently came out and has completely shifted the entire runecrafting skill. The rewards from the minigame have dramatically buffed any essence using runecrafting method (ZMI, lavas/muds, regular runes), making those methods now solid gp and xp. This minigame is decently intensive but provides a very solid 60-75k xp/hr and around 1m gp/hr, which isn’t shabby at all either.
