Why the last Naruto chapter sucks? Even though it was a color chapter, Naruto chapter 700 is a terrible ending for the Naruto story. The focus of the chapter is not on Naruto, Sakura, Sakura, Kakashi, or any of the more relevant characters. Rather, it's on Boruto, Sarada and the new generation. This type of epilogue final chapter doesn't work.

Also, we don't even see Naruto becoming Hokage, it happens OFF SCREEN. WHAT??? We had to see Naruto becoming the leader of the Leaf Village. They show us how it happened in an OVA and the moment is treated as a joke, Naruto gets one shoted by Himawari and is taken out of comission for the day, so Shikamaru has to pose as Naruto during the Hokage ceremony.
