On Saturday, September 23 hundreds joined us to 'Play on the Bypass.' They walked, biked and ran on the nearly completed Newberg-Dundee Bypass. Phase 1 of the roadway is on schedule to be completed late this year, and we enjoyed the opportunity to share this project with the public before vehicles are allowed on it.
