Mee Sup Daging / Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
Beef / Beef Bones / Mutton / Chicken
1 sup bunjut
5cm ginger
Beef stock
1 tbsp Spice soup powder (Mak Siti Serbuk Rempah Sup)
1 beef cube
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 sugar
Salt to taste

Spices
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
2 cardamom
2 cloves

Ingredients: slice
1 onion / 5 shallots
2 garlic

Ingredients: pound / blend
1 onion / 5 shallots
2 garlic

Carrot
Spring onion
Chye Sim / Sawi
Cabbage
Celery
Fried shallots
Chillie Pickles


Sauces:
Sambal Kicap
Hot Chillie Sauce (ABC brand)

Sambal Kicap
10 Red & green chillies
8 chillie bird's eye chillies
6 garlic
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups sweet soya sauce
6 lime or 3 tbsp vinegar

Method 2

1 tsp black peppercorn
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 beef cubes
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp white pepper
Salt to taste

Chye Sim
Beansprout
Celery
Fried shallots
