Hello all!
Well October Fest is over but we are cooking Schnitzel! Usually fried but we wanted to oven bake it. This dish is a great tasting and simple to make. It made a great dinner and everyone really enjoyed it!

Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breast
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Paprika
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Lemon Zest
