Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered Ukraine a peace proposal which Ukraine quickly shut down.
Russia's President says his country would end its war against Ukraine if Kyiv agreed to drop its NATO ambitions and started withdrawing troops from the four regions claimed by Moscow.
Vladimir Putin's offer comes as world leaders gather in Switzerland for a Ukraine peace summit.
