Table top overview of the Firebird FB727. This is a clone of the Ontario Knife Co. Rat model 2. This does have some distinct differences. The lock mechanism is a cross-lock instead of a liner lock. The metal is 440C instead of AUS-8. 440C is a harder steel that holds an edge much better.
I will be utilizing this knife as a secondary knife for work. I have a Rat 1 that I will be carrying in conjunction with this knife and will Do updates and Long term reviews.
