ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing
1 big bowl greens
1/2 cucumber
1 small bowl chopped beans
1/2 tsp turmeric
water as required
masala :
2 tsp chana dal
2 tsp urad dal
3 tsp coriander seeds
1 inch dalchinni
8 red chilli [ 3 guntur and 5 byadigi ]
3 tbsp coconut / dry coconut
1 tbsp jaggery
salt
3 tbsp moong dal cooked
tempering
3 sp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp peanuts
few curry leaves
2 red chilli
hing
* firstly add oil jeera and hing
* sauté greens and other veggies
* add turmeric and water cook for 3 to 4 min
* dry roast all masala keep aside to cool
* prepare tempering
* now grind roasted masala with water
* add to cooked greens mix well
* add water ,jaggery and salt
* boil for 5 min
* add cooked moong dal mix well let it simmer
* finally add temperind , mix well serve with rice
