Ingredients :
1 Mango, chopped (do not take over-ripe mango)
Pomegranate Seeds
Finely chopped Tomatoes
Finely chopped Onion
Finely chopped Coriander
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
Masala Boondi (alternatively salted peanuts or walnuts can be used)
Salt as per taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Method :
Take a mixing bowl
Add 1 Mango, chopped
Add Pomegranate Seeds
Add finely chopped Tomatoes
Add finely chopped Onion
Add finely chopped Coriander
Add finely chopped Green Chillies
Add Masala Boondi
Add Salt as per taste and give it a good mix
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon and again mix it
To serve, take the salsa in a martini glass
