I’ve done it all, folks, Insanity, Max 30, CrossFit, Focus T25, P90X, Army Boot Camp, etc. etc. – Nothing competes with TabataFit.
For this particular workout, Death by Dumbbells, you'll just need a few feet of clearance in your living room or gym, one set of dumbbells (I used 20's), a bottle of water, ~30 minutes of your time and a towel to clean up the mess.

Also, I've never claimed to be an expert at video editing. I'm using a combo. between the iMovie app and some free editing software I downloaded the other day. However, this video is definitely a step-up from the first one we dropped. At some point, I promise I'll get decent camera so I don't have to keep recording these on my phone haha.
This time around, I included the entire workout and plugged in some music with a timer, so y'all can just hit play and try to keep up!
Death By Dumbbells
Each of the following 7 exercises are performed for 8 rounds, with a 20-second on, 10-second off interval. It’s imperative that you go balls to the wall for each 20 second round. Between each exercise you'll get an entire minute to relax or roll around in your own sweat in agony, your choice.
If you’re like myself or JC and Logan (other dudes in this video), you’re going to hit several walls along the way. Instead of giving up completely, modify the movement. For example, for the Plyo Squats, once you hit that wall, just proceed to knock out as many regular squats your quads will allow.
If you feel like you're going to die, though, take a breather. I can't live with that on my conscious haha.
