Clinton has narrowed down the cost of what it would take to build a 19-inch pipeline for the city’s waste system. It hasn’t been an easy task, however. The cost for said action is estimated to be about $97 million, but the good people of Clinton have been sticking to their guns and pitching in to raise the funding to send the wastewater to the nig black river.
