Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya will hold a crucial meeting with all the health ministers of states and union territories today to discuss the rise in covid cases. The Indian government is showing concern over the rapid increase in covid instances in China and other countries and planning to keep India ready for another wave of covid. Earlier on Thursday, PM Modi held a meeting showing concern over covid protocols and asked people to follow all the covid guidelines in public places, including Airports and other crowded areas. Indian Medical Association also released a fresh advisory on Thursday, appealing the citizens to wear masks in public places and maintain social distancing.
