We are a sister-concern of an established and well known Construction Project Management Consultancy (CPMC) which has been in existence for over three decades. This lineage helps us understand the nuances of the field of Civil Engineering ( #CivilEngineering ) , thus what we bring to the table is unparalleled.
While working at the sister-concern we came across many people who asked us to comment on the quality of work of builders for whom we were the CPMC. As this would be a conflict of professional interest we turned them down, but when the clamour increased we realised that there is a service that has merit, these were the seeds of Nemmadi. In 2017 we commenced providing Home Inspection services to home buyers along with 3rd party Quality Certification for builders and developers.
What Services We Provide
Nemmadi being a neutral participant, unbiased by personal interest or advantage, conducts a thoroughly professional inspection purely in the interest of quality of the end product. Nemmadi is not weighed down by obligations to the management of any of the involved parties, bound only to the code of conduct set out as its guide.
For individual home buyers [B2C] we provide a service where our engineer visits their apartment and conducts a thorough check of the workmanship, completeness of work, check to see whether there is any hidden dampness, electrical works are also checked for safety and functionality, plumbing works are checked to make sure they are functional etc and finally we also check to see all safety standards for a dwelling especially for children are maintained. The inspection is conducted by trained personnel backed by decades of experience in the industry. Decades of professional experience is the backing Nemmadi has, giving a large database of defects that are prevalent in a project. This forms the basis for an exhaustive automated checklist that helps in carrying out the inspection thoroughly. Instead of depending only on the human eye, the latest technology is utilized for identifying and locating defects. The inspection is carried out through a Customised software with automatic report generation and detailed analysis. State of the art gadgets like Thermographic Imagers, Laser Measure, Moisture meter, Electrical fault detector, etc., are used for the inspection
