Whip up a 3 ingredient keto chocolate mousse in under 5 minutes! This tasty chocolate treat is not only quick & easy, but it's also low carb, sugar-free, and keto-friendly. This recipe makes about 3 portions, and each portion contains about 4g net carbs.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Baking Sweetener (or sugar-free powdered sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and sweetener. With an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until mixture thickens slightly.
Add cocoa powder to the bowl and whip on high until stiff peaks form.
Add to dessert glass. Top with sugar-free whipped cream.
Makes about 3 servings. 4 net carbs per serving.
