I'm back! After a couple of months away from guitar, learning a John Petrucci solo probably isn't what you'd call "easing back into it". But I had to attempt this one cause it's packed with swingy, bluesy and shreddy goodness.

I'm loving the direction JP has taken with these new songs. The wide vibrato, pinch harmonics, and open-string runs give his playing a wilder, more unhinged feel, which is awesome. As always, this is my transcription and while I try to get the notes right, the fingerings and picking directions reflect how I approach these licks!

Also, sorry for the occasional blurriness, my camera's autofocus was struggling for some reason.
