This was one of the toughest backpacking trips I've ever done. All odds were stacked up against me from heavy rain to slippery rocks which made travel along the coast extremely slow and technical. This part of the trail has some amazing views of the coast and the big lake, as well as a nice campsite by the beach for my first stop.
