To vaccinate rural #Mohali, the administration has come up with a ‘villages adoption’ plan, under which private individuals, businessmen and philanthropists, can adopt a village and sponsor vaccination for its residents under the corporate social responsibility (#CSR) scheme. The plan has picked up pace and is helping vaccinate a significant percentage of population in these villages, officials tell ThePrint’s Ananya Bhardwaj and Reeti Aggarwal.
