Spy Hunter by Bally Midway features in this VS game / system comparison, released by Bally Midway in the arcades in 1983 and then released onto the home systems for 8 Bit and Nintendo NES and Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance.

I also have short delve into the history of Spy Hunter and relay the story of how George Gomez came up with the concept, which was initially planned to be a James Bond themed game.

I am taking a look at the 8 Bit systems of the day but will also take a look at the Nintendo NES conversion and then see how it converted to the Nintendo Game Boy Colour and finally the Nintendo Game Boy Advance.

So lets take a look firstly at Spy Hunter on the original Bally Midway Arcade followed by the 8 Bit systems featuring:
Commodore 64
Sinclair ZX Spectrum
Amstrad CPC
BBC Micro

And finally the console systems featuring:
Nintendo Entertainment System NES
Game Boy Color
Game Boy Advance
