The spotlight shifts well and truly to the GC riders on stage 4 as the race enters the foothills of the Massif Central. On this 164.5km stage, most of the 2,609m of climbing is crammed into the final 50km, culminating with an ascent to La Loge des Gardes (6.7km at 7%) for the first Pogačar vs Vingegaard summit finish of the year... or will someone else spoil the party?!
