In this video I discuss the way Deion Sanders is putting the college football world on notice.

He's coming!

Last year I produced a video about a recruiting dust up between Nick Saban and Deion Sanders.

Nick Saban accused Deion of buying recruits to go to Jackson State.

To this day, it's been, by far my biggest video on this channel.

In that video I said that Deion Sanders, as a head coach, was going to be a threat to Nick Saban, the SEC, and the big schools across the country.

I said that while he was still at Jackson State.

Now that he's at Colorado and in the Pac-12…watch out.

Even though USC is leaving the PAC-12, Lincoln Riley…watch out.

Chip Kelly…UCLA…watch out

Nick Saban, watch out.

Kirby Smart, watch out.

You may not realize it now, but while you're leaving the PAC-12 for the money of the Big 10, you're also creating a HUGE recruiting opportunity for Deion Sanders.

Like he's said…he's coming.

You can call him Deion, Prime, Coach Prime, or PrimeTime.

What I call him is a guy who knows football, builds character, keeps promises, and leads men.

Deion is a winner and a spiritual leader and his players feel that.

Is he perfect, no…no man is.

But what he is near perfect at is reaching the hearts of young men.

Where I think a lot of people miss the dynamic of Coach Prime is in thinking he only looks at reaching the Black athlete.

Do you know he actually recruited white athletes to play at a tiny HBCU in Mississippi

Do you know his idea of diversity and inclusion doesn't mean preferential?

Deion looks at diversity as a door of opportunity where you are allowed to compete.

Nothing given…everything earned..

I'm not sure if you follow college football recruiting but he is getting more and more kids to consider flipping to Colorado.

4 star wide receiver, Jason Robinson just decommitted from USC.

He mentions Colorado as one of the top schools he's considering.

Kolaj Cobbins, a blue chip recruit that seemed like a lock for the SEC at LSU, has now said that Colorado is in his top 5.

You may not know this but this interest in Colorado is amazing and it's due to Deion Sanders.

You see, the University of Colorado was 1-11 last year. 1-11.

The Buffaloes haven't even had a winning season since 2016.

And the school has only had one winning season since 2006.

So how is a team that has only had one winning season in 17 years getting 4 and 5 star players to even consider coming.

One reason. Deion Sanders.

When they meet Deion, his spirit…true spirit, is infectious.

Kids love it. Their parents love it.

And his current players reinforce it as real.

That's extremely compelling.

Will Deion win at Colorado?

He's already won. He's getting recruits to take notice.

He knows how to market and promote and people are talking about the Colorado Buffaloes.

Their social media numbers are skyrocketing

People like me are talking about him…and the university.

Enrollment applications will undoubtedly rise,

Merchandise sales are up.

Ticket sales are up.

The community is excited…and welcoming

So you can see. He's already won.

The question is can he keep winning.

I wouldn't bet against him
