Copper Canyon. This a perfect sit-in-front-of-the-fire cocktail! It's a tequila cocktail with chocolate and I highly recommend it if you're into boozy sippers with a touch of allspice, chocolate, vanilla and a little bit of smoke. This is one out of many amazing cocktails with tequila that I think you should try!

Copper Canyon
2 dashes orange bitters
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Allspice liqueur
1/2 oz (15ml) Mezcal
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Reposado Tequila

Stir and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. Salud!
