This is a no churn western tea flavoured ice cream recipe so it’s super easy with only 3 ingredients! I’ll also be infusing it with some Earl Grey tea flavours to get ready for the British summer which is just around the corner! The key to make ice cream without an ice cream machine is to reduce the amount of water in the mix so that ice crystals will not form. To do this, we are going to use condensed milk and double cream. The result is a super smooth and rich ice cream without having to churn it using a machine. You can also add some alcohol as an option to further reduce the freezing point of the ice cream. I'll be using gin but feel free to use whatever you want!
Ingredients (approximate 12 scoops):
400ml Condensed Milk
500ml Double Cream / Heavy Cream
2 Earl Grey tea bags
25ml Gin w/ 40% alcohol (optional)
