Tips for enhancing taste and cooking experience. Learned this from the experience not the Tasty video 😬
1. Do flavor the wet ingredients in dough! Salt, onion & garlic power, etc. Make sure to taste it. It will be how your dough tastes.
2. Do not refrigerate flour. Creates flour bubbles. Sift flour and add slowly.
3. Lightly flour or oil hands when forming them.
