We had the pleasure of trying a day of foraging with an expert in The Lake District (England's largest national park). Our finds included a variety of edible and non-edible fungi along with other edible plants, fruit, and nuts. We discovered some beautiful mushrooms and I put this video together to share some of the knowledge we've learned the foraging experience day.

Fun fact: We've been told that in the UK poisonous mushrooms can only make you sick if you digest them. For this reason, none are deadly by just holding them in your hands.

Always be mindful and do your own research before handling or consuming wild forage.
