Cameroon's Roger Nkodo Dang has been re-elected as President of the Pan-African Parliament.
South African Mps have attributed Dang's victory to divisions within the continent along Francophone and Anglophone lines.
They say this phenomenon needs to be eradicated and that a strong culture of accountability needs to be re-established within the institution.
