How to pressure can meat for long term storage video has been requested several times. I decided it was time to pressure can some pork on a Saturday and get it out of my freezer. In this video, I demonstrate how to pressure can pork using the raw pack method. Home canned pork is delicious and can stay on the shelf when properly stored for up to 5 years! I have been canning for over 30 years. Anything that will fit in a jar is fair game, except the dogs and Mr Biggs of course, lol
