This video is about how to install the Xbox 360 wireless receiver drivers on Windows 10 after update 2004 which broke things.

EDIT2: if you still have trouble downloading the driver from catalogue.update.microsoft.com (you click the link but download doesnt start), it's because most browsers nowdays don't allow to download http files linked from an https website and microsoft hasn't updated their pages, here is a follow up video on explaining the issue and how to bypass it: [ Ссылка ]
Command lines executed to turn on testsigning mode on and off:
bcdedit /set testsigning on
bcdedit /set testsigning off
