As continued rains continue to lash out in the city of Bengaluru, the two infamous lakes, Bellandur and Varthur have started frothing once again. The foaming lakes have been a cause of severe inconvenience to residents residing in areas surrounding the lakes. Motorists and pedestrians who pass the roads and highways that outline the lakes are being sprayed by toxic froth spewing from the lakes.
