Scotland's Energy Secretary has tonight accused the UK government of "backsliding and betraying" the economic opportunites on the country's journey to Net Zero.
But Rishi Sunak defended his decision to take a slower pace on some environmental measures - claiming the country is still on target to meet its ambitions.
Those working in the energy sector say they're shocked by the decision.
