Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba and nurse Isabel Amaro were the very people who should have been caring for a poorly young boy. Instead, when six-year-old Jack Adcock was taken to Leicester Royal Infirmary in 2011 with pneumonia, Bawa-Garba mistakenly thought he had an order NOT to be resuscitated, and stopped other staff from treating him.
