So many of the common swings faults that i see day to day can be traced back to what the arms are doing in the downswing, and often these faults are present due to a lack of understanding when it comes to what the arms should actually do during the downswing.
In this lesson I want to keep things really simple and teach you exactly how to fire the arms in the downswing so that you can take this information and drill to improve your swing right away. You will first learn the basketball throw drill which quickly gives you the exact feel that you will need in your downswing before then learning how to transfer this to a golf swing.
This drill and lesson can help you eradicate slice shots, fat shots, standing up through the ball plus many more of the faults that you may experience, this drill and exercise has helped so many of my students hit it better than ever so i'm confident that it can do the same for you
