On Saturday 11th February 2023, Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine hosted the book launch for Professor Song Xuan Ke's latest book, The Reasoning of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Published by World Scientific Press (WSPC) at the end of 2022, this book provides concise and compact delivery of TCM’s history, philosophy, theory, and treatment principles. The author has approached this from the perspective of the reasoning behind Chinese medicine, its philosophical foundations, and its approach to treatment. The Reasoning of Traditional Chinese Medicine is accompanied by clear and bold graphical illustrations to allow for easier understanding.

It is based on Professor Ke's 40 years experience as a practitioner and teacher of TCM in both China and the UK and looks at the reasoning behind TCM as developed through his many years of practice.

In this video, Asante director, Professor Song Xuan Ke gives a short talk on the reasoning of Chinese Medicine.

The book is available through the Asante Academy website in both hardcover and paperback editions.
