for context, though: I believe cellbit was planning to trick quackity into marrying forever at the festa junina. it seems the way he was going to do this was by sending a fake message as wilbur saying, "I'm coming back to the island early, meet me at these coordinates to get married." he is explaining this plan to pac and mike of tazercraft in this clip. it's also worth noting that cellbit believes wilbur is not real, and is just someone quackity made up to make him and roier jealous, haha
