For the last 6 months I have been eyeing up computer parts again (probably because winter is cold and makes window shopping more frequent).

Is now a good time to upgrade? What things should I consider?

What I want in my next build:
- Custom water cooling loop
- Hard line tubing
- Huge cooling capacity for silent operation
- Large 300-400mm radiators
- Silent mag-lev fans
- E-ATX computer case (Fractal Design? Lian Li?)
- At least 16 cores, 32 threads
- 2 TB operating system M.2
- 2 TB scratch disk / game repository M.2
- 8 TB SSD storage (M.2 or SATA)
- 64-128 GB RAM
- 144Hz+ gaming monitor with ultra-wide resolutions
