paratha dough
flour 2 cup
sugar 1 tbsp
ghee 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
water as required
for chicken tikka
chicken 300 gram
yogurt 3 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
zarda food color 1 pinch
oil 2 to 3 tbsp
charcoal for smoke 1
raita
coriander and green chilli paste 3 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
roasted and grounded cumin powder 1 tsp
