I'm a brand new Fuji X-T4 owner and is this video I share how to troubleshoot your camera when the shutter button is not working.

If no picture is taken when the shutter button is pressed on your X-T4 try the following fixes:

1. The memory card may be full: Insert a new memory card or delete pictures
2. The memory card is not formatted: Format the memory card in the camera.
3. There is dirt on the memory card contacts: Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth.
4. The memory card is damaged: Insert a new memory card.
5. The battery is dead: Charge the battery or insert a fully-charged spare battery.
6. The camera has turned off automatically: Turn the camera on.
7. You are using a third-party mount adapter: Select ON for SHOOT WITHOUT LENS in the menu settings.
