Greek salad dressing comes together in under 10 minutes and is packed with flavors. This dressing is bright, zingy and absolutely tasty.
Ingredients
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, use premium quality olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoon lemon juice, squeezed fresh
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and crushed pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a mason jar or any glass jar with tight-fitting lid to cover.
Secure lid tight, shake vigorously until all ingredients are blended and emulsified.
Taste and add seasoning as required.
Fastened the lid tight and store Greek salad dressing in the same jar you made in refrigerator.
Give the dressing a good shake before using it on salads.
