This is a series of gameplay vids I'm doing highlighting overlooked games for the PS1. I'm playing on a PS2 with texture smoothing on.

Jackie Chan Stunt Master is a fun little beat 'em up/platformer hybrid. You run through platfomer style levels with a deformed looking Jackie Chan while beating up hordes of goons with a pretty in-depth moves set, and collecting a few choice items. Jackie's one liners are also pretty humorous, and not as annoying as some game's one-liners get. "My aching head."

This game is one of those charming little games that doesn't get much mention. It's not perfect. Sometimes your aim is off and you end up punching at air (which is a common problem in these types of games), the load times can be pretty long (even with the PS2's fast loading on), there are some cheap boss fights, and the jumping is hard to get the hang of in this game, and can lead to some frustrating deaths.

Overall I really enjoyed this one though. If it looks appealing to you from this vid, then you should really check it out.
