NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY! Feel free to add a band for extra resistence and difficulty:
10 Minutes
30 seconds/exercise
NO REST
The workout begins with glutes, goes to legs & cardio, and ends with upper body and core.
Do your best to keep the body moving the entire time! If you are new, it is ok to stop and take breaks as needed. Be positive and know that this workout is making you stronger!
