Chesumei Member of Parliament in Nandi County has warns Kenyans to be warry of Cord leader Raila Odinga utterance of government scheme to rig forth coming elections.

Mr Elijah Lagat said that Raila’s sentiments that the government is using the National Intelligence Services (NIS) to rig the upcoming August elections will only bring chaos in the country.
