This video is an overview of two new reports that offer a critical review of the Task Force for Resilient Recovery's "Bridge to the Future - 5 Bold Moves" which were echoed in the Speech from the Throne. In Part 1, we offer broader geopolitical context to show that a climate or energy policy suited to one part of the world, may not be suited at all to Canada. We also deconstruct the claim of a 'climate emergency'. In Part 2, we address each of the "5 Bold Moves", exploring the lack of due diligence on the part of the proponents. In short, these plans will put Canada in the poor house - penury, extreme poverty - will be the result. This outcome is unnecessary and foolish when we are rich in natural resources that all international markets want and need.
