More than one million Rohingya Muslims have been displaced from Myanmar following mass killings that the UN calls a textbook example of ethnic cleansing.

Canada has sent special envoys to investigate the genocide, but still is not taking enough action to help bring an end to the crisis or help find new homes for victims, according to advocate groups.
