Mr Constable of the Jesus Green Association seeks, and is given, an assurance that no trees are outside the council's tree protocol.
Council officers suggested some trees were outside the protocol in their presentation to the meeting when they said planting of trees not relating to the tree protocol would take place from October to December, and other planting would take place in December.
