For this video I had a TON of dough left over from a demo, the recipe below will make enough dough for 10 rolls :-)
450g Strong White Bread Flour
50g Wholemeal Bread Flour
7g Dried Yeast
8g Salt
320g Room Temperature Water
15g Olive oil
Mix your dough, knead for 8 minutes, and rest for 1-1.5 hours before dividing and balling and... HAVE FUN!
