Edward Snowden at Liberty Forum NH, discusses Ross Ulbricht and Silk Road investigation with Reason's Nick Gillespie:
Gillespie:
"In the case of Ross Ulbricht, who was prosecuted for founding the Silk Road website and is appealing a life sentence, do you assume, or should we assume, that the NSA was involved in corroberating or gathering evidence which they might have denied in the actual trial?"
Snowden: "Yes."
and later:
Snowden: (2:06) "It seems unthinkable to me that there was not an intelligence angle internationally that was involved in that case."
