TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday declared that he would spend more time on strengthening the party in Telangana and would take part in T-TDP Mahanadu on May 24.
Naidu held a meeting with TTDP politburo members and other leaders at NTR Bhavan and reviewed the party programmes and activities.
Speaking to the media, party politburo member Ravula Chandrashekhar Reddy said the mini mahanadu would be held in all parliamentary constituencies before Mahanadu at Exhibition Grounds here.
Reddy explained the details of the meeting to Naidu which lasted about two hours. The party supremo asked the TTDP leaders to strengthen the party and get ready for local body elections in the State. He said Naidu assured them that he would allow more time for TTDP programmes.
Naidu also reviewed the status of training classes for party workers, TRS assurances, and its fulfillment, parting with BJP and crop damage in recent rains. He directed Telangana party president L Ramana to complete the appointment of all committee members before Mahanadu.
