We visit the neighborhood known as “The Hole”, A disarrayed, low lying area on the Brooklyn/Queens border. This area had the reputation of being a Gambino burial ground and was once the location of Alphonse “Sonny Red” Indelicato, Dominick Trinchera and Philip Giaccone. The 3 Bonnano Capos who were murdered on May 5th,1981 were buried in The Hole after being handed over to John Gotti’s crew. Before that, we make a quick stop to The Lindenwood Diner for a chat about an event that happened there.
